Description You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION/RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) in the STAFFING AND CLASSIFICATION OPERATIONS DIVISION of OCHR OVERSEAS PROGRAM CENTER .

Please see Additional Information section below.***Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting and advising on position classification and position management principles and practices, conducting position classification and position management analysis of an organizations positions and structure, and providing technical Federal recruitment and placement advisory services to meet an organization's recruiting initiatives.
