Description You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Labor and Employee Relations) in the Civilian Human Resources Office (CHRO) ofMARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER .

This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-12571042-25-MNM Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical guidance and consultative services on a full range of employee relations matters (e.g. disciplinary and adverse actions, grievances, leave administration, hours of work, performance management, telework, awards) to supervisors, managers, and senior leaders at serviced commands. Perform complex research and analysis, draw conclusions and develop recommended actions and ensure actions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and higher-level policies. Experience with Labor Relations (e.g. impact and implementation bargaining, negotiations, grievances, union notifications, bus code determinations). Knowledge in overseas allowances such as living quarters allowance and special travel desired.
